BTT101 Portfolio
Desktop Publishing
In this unit, we used Microsoft Publisher 2010, which is a program designed to help you create publications, or documents that you can print and distribute. Publisher is perfect to use with overlapping pictures with text.
For the final activity, I chose to do the restaurant project as opposed to the children's camp. For the project I chose to do, I had to create a menu, flyer, advertisement, coupon, placemat and a logo for my restaurant that I created.

Logo
This is the logo of my restaurant, Seaside Dining. Its appearance is seen through all my creations that are part of the project.
A product of 80 minutes, the first attempt at creating it was on Paint. However, it soon became clear that I was getting nowhere. My dear friend Rachel recommended me to use Paint.NET. She said it was easy to use and one glance at her logo convinced me to check it out. Hand drawing the fish was hard, but worth it.

Menu
Most undeniably my best and most beautiful work so far. I spent at least three periods plus diligent hours working at home to create this. I spent at least a hour just trying to find a suitible background. Then, using example from other menus, I pulled the most delicious looking seafood pictures and placed them here.
It was created on Microsoft Publisher 2010.
